Fortis Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee of the Company has allotted 1,800 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on May 08, 2014, to a grantee, upon exercise of vested stock options, under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 of the Company.<br/><br/>Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 4,627,881,140/- divided into 462,788,114 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
