Foseco India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, has recommended payment of a final dividend of Rs. 7/- per equity share (70%) on a paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ended December 31, 2016. The final dividend is subject to approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1100 hours and concluded at 1530 hours.
