Frontline Business Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2014, has approved change the name of the Company from Frontline Business Solutions Limited to Premium Fashions and Trends Limited subject to availability of name by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.<br/><br/>Further the members of the Company will consider to approve the resolutions, by way of Postal Ballot.
