| Frontline Business Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:<br/><br/>- To undertake the proposed ambitious project of the Company in the field of undergarments and cosmetics, the Board Meeting will consider the preferential allotment upto 50 lacs equity shares to non promoters / investors and upto 40 lacs convertible share warrants to promoters to infuse the funds towards technology for the project. Company has already tied up with the production facility, engagement of top management professionals from the field, tied with distributors, finalized designs and has completed many more activities for implementation of the project. Also, Company has taken necessary steps to change the name and the object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to suit undertaking the proposed business venture. | |
