Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Regulations') and in continuation to our earlier disclosure dated 7th April, 2019 and in accordance approval granted by the Shareholders of the Company, please note that the Company has entered into an Amended and Restated Investment Agreement ('Investment Agreement') with International Finance Corporation ('IFC') dated 16th May, 2019, for issue of Compulsorily Convertible Debentures ('CCDs') to IFC, as per the terms and conditions agreed under the said Investment Agreement.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge receipt.<BR>
