In continuation to our earlier intimation for closure of trading window sent on 8th April, 2019, please take note that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed upto 24th May, 2019 in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on 22nd May, 2019. The trading window shall be open from 25th May, 2019. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your records. <BR>
