Future Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.10 (5%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each and Rs. 0.14 (7%) per class B shares (Series 1) of Rs. 2/- each, subject to necessary approvals.
