Future Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that on December 26, 2016, the Company has sold on floor of Stock Exchange 3,05,70,108 Equity shares which is 16.09% of Equity share capital of Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (FLFL). This shares has been bought on floor of exchange by Future Corporate Resources Limited, a Promoter group Company, by way of inter-se transfer under Block Deal mechanism at prevailing market rate at time of trade.<BR><BR>Consequent to the said transfer, the Company has disposed its investment in FLFL. The aforesaid disclosure is given since the Company was holding more than 5% of the equity share capital of FLFL.
