With reference to the subject matter, this is to inform you that, in terms of the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, consent of the Shareholders of the Company is being sought through Postal Ballot for the matters as mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice.<BR> <BR> Further, in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 please find enclosed herewith a copy of Postal Ballot Notice as sent to the Shareholders of the Company.<BR>
