Future Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 and to consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, for financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed between May 21, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from May 31, 2016.
