Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the authority given by the Board of Directors of the Company in relation to the Rights Issue matters, Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee, in its meeting held on December 23, 2014, has finalized Issue Opening, Closing dates and last date for request for split application Forms of the equity shares having face value of Rs. 2 each (the "Equity Shares) and equity shares of Class B (series 1) having face value of Rs. 2 each (the "Class B Shares) to be issued by the Company on rights basis to the holders of the Equity Shares and Class B Shares (as the case may be) as set out below.
