Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1).<br/><br/>Further, as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed between August 07, 2014 to August 15, 2014 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from August 16, 2014.
