Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2015 to August 09, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from August 10, 2015.
