The Exchange had sought clarification from Future Retail Ltd with respect to news appearing in Mint on January 2, 2015 titled "Future Group eyes asset sales to reduce debt"<BR><BR>Future Retail Ltd replied stating "We deny any such transaction at this stage.<BR><BR>The Company have been following a consistent corporate governance policy of informing the shareholders with right information, but refrain from commenting on any such news items, to avoid any speculative activity. With regard to the present news item, we deny having any binding transaction of asset sales."
