Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 20, 2015 to August 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 26, 2015.<BR><BR>The dividend on equity shares, if declared at the aforesaid meeting, will be credited/dispatched on or before September 24, 2015.
