Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that, as provided in the Scheme of Arrangement between Future Retail Limited and Bharti Retail Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors, and as per change application submitted by the Company, Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has approved change of name of the Company to FUTURE ENTERPRISES LIMITED with effect from May 04, 2016.
