| GM Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 03, 2014 has recommended dividend at the rate of 25% i.e. Rs. 2.50/- per share.<br/><br/>Further, the Board of Directors have recommended a Bonus Issue of Shares in the ratio of 1:4 i.e. one share of Rs. 10/- each for every four share of Rs. 10/- each held on Book Closure Date. The Dividend payment and issue of Bonus will be subject to approval of members of the forthcoming AGM on May 06, 2014. | |
