GM Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend on equity shares, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window, as described in "Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading" of the company will remain closed for the above purpose from March 16, 2015 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the audited financial results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the listing agreement.
