This is with regards to the recent news paper article on the fund raising programme of the company, GS Auto International Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company, during its normal day to day working, had/is come(ing) across various proposal(s) for various funds raising(s) for its various expansion/modernization plans for its business, for exploring the various possibilities for the overall reduction of its interest cost and for its ongoing expansion plans. As on date, nothing concrete has been materialized in this direction, as these are just normal day to day discussions that may or may not materialize. As and when any possibility will arise in this direction, the same may be communicated to all its stakeholders at its first.
