Gabriel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2014 to August 08, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 08, 2014.<br/><br/>The payment of Dividend on Equity Shares will be made on August 18, 2014, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
