Gabriel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2015 to July 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The payment of Dividend on Equity Shares will be made on August 10, 2015, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
