Gagan Polycot India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, have transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Time, date, book closure and venue to convene the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be held at the registered office of the Company on September 30, 2015 at 11.00 A.M.<BR><BR>2. Approved alteration in Memorandum of Association in respect of main object of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Adoption of new set of Articles of Association as per Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>4. Adoption of new set of Memorandum of Association as per Companies Act, 2013.
