Gail (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter-alia, to consider the audited financial results for the year ended on March 31, 2015 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for FY 2014-15, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (Insider Trading Code) and Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct- Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (Principles of fair Disclosure) has been formulated and the same are hosted on the website of the Company. Trading Window shall remain closed for the period May 20, 2015 to May 29, 2015 for Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company.
