| Gail (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 30, 2014 to September 17, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 17, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has informed that the said final dividend, if so approved by the members of the Company, shall be paid within stipulated time period of 30 days i.e. latest by October 14, 2014. | |
