Gail (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 29, 2015 to September 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 16, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the said final dividend, if so approved by the members of the Company, shall be paid within stipulated time period of 30 days i.e. latest by October 14, 2015.
