Gallantt Metal Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Doctors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business :<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine-Months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from February 03, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
