Gammon India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2016 has, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee re-appointed Mr. Abhijit Rajan as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 (three) years effective from May 17, 2016. The re-appointment of Mr. Abhijit Rajan is subject to the approval of the Shareholders, Central Government and all requisite approvals.
