Gammon India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received approval of the CDR Lenders for:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Mr. Ajit Balubhai Desai as a Whole-Time Director of the Company designated as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), such appointment is effective from December 18, 2014.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Vardhan Dharkar as President - Finance a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.<BR><BR>The aforesaid appointments have also been noted by the CDR Empowered Group (CDR EG) as communicated to the Company.
