Gammon India Ltd has informed BSE that The Bank of New York Mellon, who was acting as Depository Bank for the Companys Global Depository Receipts (GDR) program of 2004, have tendered its resignation to be effective from 5.00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on March 27, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has not appointed any other Bank as all the GDRs have been converted into equity shares and no GDRs are outstanding.
