| Gammon India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 31, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year (eighteen months period) ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In connection with the above and as per the terms of the Company's "Insider Trading Code for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed for specified persons as defined in the Code with effect from May 26, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
