Gammon India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Officers and the Designated Employees of the Company from July 31, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive).
