Gammon India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has, subject to the approval of the CDR Lenders, decided to close the financial year of the Company, which commenced on January 01, 2014, on September 30, 2014. Accordingly the Companys financial year shall be a period of nine (9) months commencing from January 01, 2014 to September 30, 2014. In view of the same, the Company undertakes to publish the Audited Financial Results for the year ended September 30, 2014 on or before November 30, 2014 in terms of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
