Pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Thursday, the July 27, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. <BR> <BR> Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the Company's Shares by all the Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from July 20, 2017 to July 29, 2017 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.<BR>
