Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on December 14, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30,2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of provisions of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for trading in the Company's Shares by all the Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from December 07, 2016 to December 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30,2016.
