Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2014, inter alia, have declared 120% Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- per share of Rs 5/- each aggregating to Rs. 881.92 Lacs for the year ending March 31, 2014.
