Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Board of Directors at their Meeting held on Wednesday, the 8th November, 2017 which commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 5.35 p.m. inter alia, have approved the following :<BR> <BR> The Un-audited Financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 and Limited Review Report thereon<BR> Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended as on 30th September, 2017<BR> Re-appointment of Shri Manhar G. Gandhi as Managing Director for a period of 5 years with effect from 01.01.2018.<BR> Re-appointment of Shri Bhupatrai G. Gandhi as Managing Director for a period of 5 years with effect from 01.01.2018.<BR> Appointment of M/s S.V. Doshi & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditors of the Company in place of M/s Mahesh Dave & Co., who has resigned from the office of the Internal Auditor.<BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>
