Approval and taking on record the un-audited Financial Result of the Company for the Second quarter ended on September 30, 2012.<br/><br/>2. To consider and approve early re-payment of State Bank of India, Term Loan.<br/><br/>3. To consider and finalize expansion plan and fund raising pattern of the Company.
