We inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. July 21, 2017, inter alia, has approved allotment of 134095 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 10/-) each pursuant to exercise of options granted to the employees under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP 2010) consequent to which the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 49,00,28,190/- to Rs. 49,13,69,140/-.
