The Bonus issue is out of Securities Premium Account of the Company;<BR><BR>2. Bonus Ratio is 1:2 [i.e. (1) One Bonus Share for every Two (2] Equity Shares held];<BR><BR>3. Pre-Bonus Issue Paid up Share Capital: Rs. 32,66,85,460/- and Post-Bonus Issue Paid up Share Capital: Rs. 49,00,28,190/-;<BR><BR>4. Securities Premium Account required for implementing Bonus Issue: Rs. 16,33,42,730/-.<BR><BR>5. Securities Premium Account available for capitalization and date as on which such balance is available: Rs. 245,31,03,844/- as on March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>6. The aforesaid figures are audited;<BR><BR>7. The bonus shares would be credited/ dispatched on or before July 29, 2016.
