Garware Wall Ropes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 09, 2014, has decided that the Buyback offer of equity shares of the Company is hereby closed after the closing of the trading hours with effect from April 09, 2014, i.e. the last date for buy back in terms of the Public Announcement published on September 30, 2013.
