Garware Wall Ropes Ltd has now submitted to BSE a copy of Board Resolution for Buy-back of Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company not exceeding 19,50,000 shares at a maximum price of Rs. 65/- per equity share and upto a maximum amount of Rs. 11 Crores (Rupees Eleven Crores), duly approved and passed by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on September 24, 2013.
