With reference to the earlier letter dated August 07, 2014, Garware Wall Ropes Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors held on August 07, 2014 was adjourned to August 16, 2014 to transact unfinished business / agenda. At the adjourned meeting held on August 16, 2014 the Board of Directors, amongst other decisions, decided:<br/><br/>1. To appoint Ms. Mayuri Vayu Garware as a Director of the Company, filling Casual Vacancy caused due to resignation of Mr. P. N. Shah.<br/><br/>2. To appoint Mr. Ashish Dhurvendra Goel as an Additional Director.
