Gateway Distriparks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>1. Adopted the Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, effective May 15, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Gopinath Pillai has resigned as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from the end of the Board meeting held on April 29, 2015.<BR><BR>3. The Board of Directors appointed the Managing Director, Mr. Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors, with effect from the end of the Board meeting held on April 29, 2015.
