Gati Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 05, 2014 has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Payment of interim (special) dividend @ 30% (face value of Rs. 2/- each) i.e. Rs. 0.60 ( Sixty paise only) per share to the members of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
