| The Exchange had sought clarification from Gayatri Projects Ltd with respect to the news article in the Media (DNA India - July 15, 2014) that "Sembcorp buys Rs. 400 crore stake in power plant"<br/><br/>Gayatri Projects Ltd has replied as under:<br/><br/>"Since morning, we are in the process of the releasing the Corporate announcement with respect to SEMB's stake increase in TPCIL from 49% to 65% as a result of conversion of outstanding convertible preference shares and some portion as a fresh equity infusion. <br/><br/>The news is released now. This is not a rumour." | |
