| Gayatri Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:<br/><br/>1. To approve the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To approve the notice calling 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company and to fix date, time and venue of the meeting.<br/><br/>3. To fix the Book closure dates for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window for Directors/Officers/Designated employees/KMP's covered under Gayatri Projects Ltd Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading will be closed from August 12, 2014 to August 15, 2014, for the Board Meeting to be held on August 14, 2014. | |
