To approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the third Quarter and Nine months period ended December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>2. To Review operations of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window for Directors/Officers/Designated employees covered under Gayatri Projects Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading will be closed from February 12, 2014 to February 15, 2014.
