Gemini Communication Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015 and to consider & approve re-constitution of the committees of the Board.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter / nine months ended on December 31, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from February 01, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
