With reference to increase in Price, Gemini Communication Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"The changes in the Price of the Companys' Shares are merely because of the Market conditions. Further, the Company is contemplating to go for CDR and had submitted the proposals to the banks for Restructuring. This is a normal course of business and no finality has been arrived at by the banks till date".
