Gemini Communication Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2014, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from November 07, 2014 to November 17, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
